From the complaints on HP I don't have to elaborate that you have some serious service issues and senior people just *do not* speak to customers. I have spoken to various consultants and many calls later, but still do not have an technician fixing the problem? I'm sure they will fully inform you of my unreasonable request to have a problem reported at 09h00 in the morning to be looked at the same day, I don't know what I was thinking expecting an international security company to have people available to assist in a reasonable time and put my safety first.. I will ask the to hold of till you are ready before attempting to break in, I'm sure they will fully understand your predicament and rules and procedures to follow before I get to pay the R500 call out fee when it is convenient for you to come and assist.
