The thing is you won't be able to improve the service, if people are not voicing their concerns in the way the security at your complex is treating your residents.
We pay to live where we do, yet your security treats us like we are the criminals. This morning when I tried to leave the complex your security refused to let me leave when all along I have never had this problem with them. But it seems like the rules seem to change daily and they change them as they wish.
I understand that rules are implemented for a reason, but I feel that they should be addressed in a proper way as we bring the business to them. They need to remember that they are to offer a service that we are paying for and to not inconvenience our lives by being full of nonsense. And if you keep on making excuses about the matter at hand. It will never be rectified.
I would like to forward this email to the company which employs these security guards, so that they too can be aware of the appalling service which is given. And I understand and will follow what is correct when it comes to rules, but I will not be shouted at or spoken to the way they do.
