No after sales service

I have now been struggling for almost 3 months to get my alarm repaired under warranty.

I contacted ADT Security on the 14th of January to request that someone come to repair my alarm as the 3rd party that installed the alarm was not getting back to me and I could not get them to come and fix the problem.

Since there is a clause on my insurance that says that my alarm must be fully functional at all times I do think it is the right thing to do to hold ADT responsible if anything happens to my home contants and the insurance does not pay out.

I think this is disgusting as it is a 3rd party installing on behalf of ADT and not even ADT (fully aware of this issue) is willing to assist me.
