I had a issue with atlas security regarding the alarm system I have a heart condition and when I install the system I ask the alarm to be connected to the ambulance services as this is the reason i got it the other day i was in east London and my domestic by accident press the panic button i atlas called me and i informed them i am in east London my domestic are at home they must go out and look my domestic informed me that the guy showed up and just ask by the doore if everything are ok and she said to me what if someone was in the house they did not even look. I informed her that the ambulance are also on there way as it is connected. When i came back i spoke to a lady informed her about it and the ambulance issue and she got the salesmen to call me that pput it in for me he called me and said i must sort you out and i did show you what to press for ambulance and police etc then i said sorry get your manager to call me the sales manager called me and informed me my security system don't have that futures i got the alarm for that reason only as i stay on my own and if i do have a heart attach again i can just press the panic button. i informed them to removed there system.
