Statement still not correct after double deduction

Once again, its me and Moneystar. After my double deduction en of May of two different amounts, I have been requesting the correct statement from them till now. I received an updated statement on 18 June 2013, but after 2 mails, it was still incorrect. Well, I would just like to inform Moneystar that if my statement is not corrected by Monday next week, the 24 June 2013, you will not be getting your payment this month. I have already cancelled the debit order and will not pay one more cent untill my statement is updated correctly. I wanted to pay the whole account now and settle my account, but I decided not to do so until my statement is corrected. You can go ask Wendy whom ive been dealing with for all my mails and responses. It might only be R6 that im complaining about, but if you can add R6 to my account, how much extra money do you make if you do that to all your clients. Just on 1000 clients, you are pocketing R6000. I want an answer and my account to be sorted. ASAP
