ADT very bad Service...!

Where to begin?

We are customers of ADT for several years now. For the last 6 weeks I received minimum 4 calls from the call centre per day with a maximum of 9. Reason being that every time the alarm gets activated a panic signal or a signal that the alarm went off is sent to the control room.

What kind of company mismanages their resources like this? I'm very disappointed in the way ADT is handling this issue. Eventually the Technical manager contacted me. I wanted to give notice but he literally begged me for one last chance. He promised to sent a technician the following day (for the 3rd time) to fix the problem and said that if they did not know how to fix it he will personally go out to my house and resolve the issue.

After the control room phoned me last night again I was transferred plus minus 15 (!) times and hanged on for45 minutes but did not get through to the so-called technical manager.
I Would NOT recommend anyone to use ADT!!!
