I logged a claim with Ooba on the 11th December and the contractor was appointed to come out and assess the damages. To date, I have not received any feedback and have been calling on a daily basis for feedback. I had to ensure that I take time off from work to be there when the assessor comes and checks what needs to be repaired.
Each time I call, I get told they will follow up and then I have to call daily again for feedback. No once have I received a call from Ooba to inform me of the progress. Ooba is quick to collect instalments, but when it comes to providing the service that you pay for, then you have to wait on them for feedback.
I will be cancelling this insurance and moving to another provider.
