ADT- RENAME TO "SSS" SPARZA SECURITY SERVICES

I called a company for a quote on an alarm system, very coincidently ADT calls me seconds later to offer me an alarm quote- I am not assuming that they work with people within other security companies, however I entertained the call and accepted an appointment, and they did not pitch, kept me waiting and messed up my entire afternoon.
Get your management to call me- as you guys are useless.
ADT - your staff are tarnishing your name...
