It has come to light that that ADT is debiting my account for someone else's account!!
I have emailed them repeatedly (20 times?) in the last two weeks about it and nobody has responded.
I have called their Call Centre twice, and as call centres go... well you know what that's like. If I say any more about the people answering the phones at the call centre then I violate Hello Peter's terms and conditions with insulting remarks so I'll stop there.
After eventually being promised Personal Attention by call centre agent "N Meslane", still no response and no solution is forthcoming.
