I cancelled my contract

I cancelled my contract, i paid a settlement fee on 10-07-2013 but adt decided to debit my account today. I have realised that adt has a bad customer service, there are so many complaints about this company on Hellopeter.com.
Anyway they must refund the money they have debited from my bank account. i dont need their service anymore.
Please stop debiting funds from my bank account. i dont owe you any money.
