I had my ADT Contract renewed at the beginning of December 2013. The Consultant was out like a flash to renew the contract and the payments are going off our account, but the alarm has never worked. Called so many times to the Contact centre, spoke to Audrey and Carrie Ann Goosen and so many other people. Emailed them, no response, got cut off, empty promises. Told to contact Frans the technician, called and was told he doesn't exist. Service is so useless it is absurd! The installation doesn't work, we cannot arm the premises. If we ever get it working, will they even respond to a call out? Lets call it quits guys, cancel the contract, give me the money back and I will go elsewhere. You are a disgrace to the Security Industry and certainly NOT a Proudly South African Company.
