I bought a new car and asked Netstar to cancel the unit in my old car and install a new one in my new car. The new one was installed at the dealership before I come to collect it and was impressed that they stayed on time as arranged. This happened the 18/04/2013. When I received my invoice end of month, Netstar billed me for both units in both cars including the one I sold. I asked them to fix and nothing happened. The next month the same thing happened. I have been paying double now for 3 months and it seems that Netstar is not going to refund me. I am very disappointed and would appreciate it if I can get some actual service and feedback.
