I have been been phoning ADT Securities on contact number 086 12 12 400 as i have previously requested them to prepare a 12 month waiver for the beneficiary. Anisha prepared the waiver and transferred it to the beneficiary Michelle Zietsman. However the waiver was transferred for the period of 6 months instead of a year.
This is a third call I made trying to make them fix the mistake they made. As I have been speaking to different call centre Agents they have been taking my details and promising to phone back to provide with me feedback. I really need to provide our client with feedback regarding the same.
I need a written confirmation that the matter has been resolved so that I can forward same to our client.
Your urgent assistance in this regard will be greatly appreciated.
