I bought an alarm system from ADT which they installed early January; the start of my problems:
-They first installed PIR sensors not quoted for and placed incorrectly.
-They damaged my walls by gluing the one sensor moved and removed plaster when they had to exchange the sensors and leaving a hole and poor patch job after moving the it.
-They didn't connect my garage PIR sensor. Even after replacement and once again "testing" the system; ultimately "sabotaging" my system for two months and leaving some of a persons' most valuable goods vulnerable.
-I informed the branch of this and were told they will get back to me. Waited six weeks and still no feedback.
During this time I received a customer satisfaction call and also informed them; still no luck. After phoning the branch manager at week 9, they came out and inspected and said they'll get back to me on reimbursement. They reimbursed me for a month, while the system was compromised for two and did not even mention how they plan on fixing the damaged walls. I told them that I'm not happy and they would have phoned me back; still waiting.
Worst part is that I even recommended a current customer... never again!
