Last year I had ADT install my alarm system thinking that they are the best & most reliable. The rep. convinced me to take out extra security with sensors in my backyard. I battled to get them to fit the sensors which cost me nearly R3 000.They assured me that the sensors will cover my complete backyard. Two weeks ago came through my backyard & broke my back door as well as safety gate. They then smashed my alarm control pad & removed battery to disarm alarm. They managed to clothing, jewelley, playstation & other valuables before armed response arrived. I called ADT & they said thet could only help me 6 days later to repair alarm. After battling for 10 days with area nmanager & technical manager they finally arrived to check sensors. I was told that the sensors do not cover my complete backyard & can easily bypass them. No solution or suggestion has been made from them. They probably want me to buy more sensors from them now. I even had to pay someone to repair my alarm system. Do they call that service? disgusting
