Had a perfectly good working alarm system installed at our new property, we needed to upgrade it with some outdoor motion sensors. A month later now, still not installed correctly, my exsisting alarm sensors are now giving issues, we are having false alarms in the middle of the night with my 9 month old daughter in the house. The zones are all named incorrectly, so i'm checking the wrong areas in the middle of the night, which could be very dangerous.
He constantly misses appointments without bothering to let us know, doesn't respond to email, sms or phone calls, Johann has no idea what the words "customer service" mean.
