In January 2013 I slip and fall at work and injured my lower back. I went in March 2013 for my back operation (lumber fusion) in N17 Springs and while I am of on my recovery time the company did not pay my salary as according to my contract. Then I file a CCMA case and now on the 24 July 2013 they call me and said that I have been retrenched. How can a big company like them do that to a person.
