Bad Service and no response

Me and my wife requested the ADT agent to come and see us before we left for our December holiday in 2012, as we wanted to get our alarm system linked up with the ADT radio. The agent promised is that the link up would be done within the next week, as we were leaving the following weekend. ADT later contacted me to advise me that they will come do the installation 2 weeks later, I promptly advised them that this was not in agreement with what I discussed with the agent and requested them to cancel the linkup.

I sent numerous sms's to the agent, which he apparently did not receive..

The installation was never done yet ADT keeps on sending me an invoice for the radio link up. I tried calling them to get this rectified and they advised me that the account is not active, however I keep on receiving the monthly invoice which is now more than 90days in arrears...

I have sent numerous emails to ADT to get this rectified without any response.

I am extremely glad that I did not end up with ADT, as this level of service is just outright appalling.

SWS Security helped me out and installed the radio link up within a day, and excellent service from get go.
