Prompt, efficient response

I moved to Olivedale on Monday 22 Jul 2013 into a home with an existing alarm and a contract with ADT that I am taking over from 1 Aug 2013. Last night I forgot to switch off the alarm and opened the door. Of course it went crazy. I deactivated it and almost immediately the fixed line started ringing. I explained the situation and mentioned that I cannot provide a password as I just moved in. I suggested they phone one of the cellphone numbers, About 3 minutes later the guards came knocking at the door.

If this is the kind of service I will be receiving from ADT then I am in good hands.
