Last weekend we had a power outage from eleven pm to five am and when power came back on it blew the control panel. When we opened the door the alarm went off and we couldn't get out the house. We had a very quick response via a guard in full battle gear and gun and call on the phone. We were told how to disconnect the panel. This is when the problems started. we phoned on Monday and somebody could only come out on Wednesday not the same day to allow us to activate the alarm. When he did rock up he came at nine am not three thirty as was booked and we had to turn around and come let him in. He checked said it was all okay and Thursday night the alarm once again is not working. We have been without an alarm all weekend over long weekend and just lucky nothing happened. Phone this morning and guess what they can only come on Thursday. My opinion totally disgusting service and then they will expect us to pay another call out fee. I am doing this on behalf of someone and getting very frustrated at the lack of concern and interest and seeing my friend pays good money for her security the service is disgusting.
