This is my second complaint about your company and i think i am at the wrong company, seriously. What will happen if i need to depend on you to find my car?? After contacting your billings department in the week and being told that i am liable to pay for a connection fee, i was not happy and sent an email to your complaints department, but with no response, hence my complaint on Hellopeter. Will i also have the same trouble when my car is and i need to depend on your device to track the location of my car.
I am grateful you guys sent out a technician in the evening to sort out my problem with 'your' device, now all of a sudden i receive a bill for the connection fee. Firstly, did i damage the unit?? So why am i billed for the reconnection fee??
I am not prepared to pay for something i did not break. If i am liable to pay for it, then please accept my resignation. I have had enough now.
