Non pay of Provident funds

The poor will remain poor. I have tried to assist a poor family in getting their deceased uncles money out of his provident fund from this company. So sad I cannot believe how much these people have been messed around, I have tried to assist and got pushed around from pillar to post. Do not think that a senior is of any concequence he is about as useful as the woman who has helt this process up for two years. I was told that it will be atteneded to after month end and not to bad mouth the staff whom are clearly not doing their jobs'... After 2 years the claim is still outstanding? Terrible service.
