Good day,

I lodged a complain to the C-track accounts office in April because the deducted R2925.39 from my account due to outstanding payment. I signed a debit order when the device was installed in 2011 and payment was done every month. Then suddenly the bill me the amount stated. I phone the bank and the debit order was still active. I spoke to Thandisa, Madelein, Tembisa, Dakato, Wendy and Analien but no one of the could tell me what the issue was and why they did not receive anything from there billing department. It is now nearly 3 months later and still they can not tell me what is the issue. I do not want there service any more. If they can't even find out why there billing department did not issue a ill then how can I trust them with locating my car if it get. I am tired of phoning just to receive the same feedback every time, that is if they answer the phone. I need feedback on this as to I will not be paying for other peoples mistakes.
