Bad Service and Empty Promises

Wrong information supplied by Installation Technician with regards to features of installed unit. Sept 2012 battery disconnect issues, made several complaints and queries, none resolved. Feb 2013, change bank account, at same time Tracker stops billing me. Inform them in May that something happened on their system, and that bank details changed in Feb. June 2013 Still bills old account and hands me over for collection. July 2013, promises from Mohammed with regards to account credits and confirmation that bank details updated, but they still debit the old account. Always excuses, somebody not doing their work, or system errors. Tired of dealing with Tracker, and NOT comfortable with the level of "safety and security" offered. Waiting for feedback from Mohammed with regards to account query, but gotten to the point where I just want to cancel the contract.
