Tracker changed the billing of my car, NHP117GP from my account at Standard Bank to my wives account at Standard Bank. Both of us did not give permission for this and I regard it as against the banking sector. This happened on 25 April 2013.

Overcharging- In the beginning of May 2013 we changed from Tracker Alert to Tracker Retrieve (R85), this was done on three cars (BG79TCGp and ZTF196GP). Tracker has billed us in excess of R1200 for these cars instead of billing us appproximately R255. They indicated that we were billed double, how can you do that?

This is daylight and I get the sense that the administration at Tracker is not up to scratch. If that is the case then maybe my car is also not secure with Tracker.
We have enquired and still no response from yesterday. R1000 for me in this time is a lot of money...
