I had recently found out that i was being debited monthly by tracker on my bank account which i was not aware of, I purchased a car with Volkswagen Menlyn in December 2012 and as per my offer to purchase contract, was told that my tracker is on pre-paid for the next coming three years. Only to find that my account is being debited by tracker WITHOUT my knowledge since Feb 2013. I got an sms that i did not pay my account in May of which resulted in penalties from the bank of R115 per transaction which initially amounted to -R800 of penalty fees!!! I went to the bank and they advised that i sort it out with Tracker. On end June deductions were done again by Tracker which resulted that i went again to the bank to get the amount reversed. I have since called Tracker and to this day my query has not been resolved!!! They are creating bad financial records in my name!!!
