I had a new tracker installed at the beginning of Dec 2012. Tracker has since then been deducting an amount from my account that I have never agreed to. Although the agent who sold me the package has requested Tracker several times to correct the mistake and to call me in order to apologise, I have heard absolutely nothing from Tracker.
