Tracker started deducting money from my bank account without my permission. i don't have a contract with tracker, they don't even know whether i have a car or not.in 2012 i have written them several emails after i have instructed the bank to reverse the amounts that they were debiting against my bank account, still they persisted in delving into my account until i made so much noise that they stopped. now in 2013 they have started again and i really cannot go on complaining about the same thing over and over again. I JUST WANT THEM TO STOP WITHDRAWING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT, OTHERWISE I WILL OPEN A CASE OF AGAINST THEM BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER GIVEN THEM MY BANK DETAILS, I DON' T HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM. PLEASE HELP OR DO YOU THINK COMPLAINING TO THE CONSUMER COUNCIL IS THE WAY TO GO?
