I am highly annoyed with Tracker. i installed my tracker in Dec 2012. End February i realised i never saw my debit order go off. i logged onto my tracker and see that i am 3 months in arrears. i gave tracker my bank details in November 2012 when i requested the tracker. the consultant confirmed they have my bank details on file. so anyway i said please debit me today for the outstanding balance an ensure my debit order goes off as requested from end March. Yesterday i realise i still have not seen the DO so i called today and my account is in arrears again. i think tracker thinks it was for fun that i gave them my bank details. you guys are messing up my credit rating by your inefficiency and lack of logic. which i am highly annoyed and irritated with. i want this resolved asap and i want you to update my credit record ASAP as its your inefficiency not my lack of paying.
