Unable to find me on system or vehicle on road

Being trying to have a test carried out since yesterday to see if my tracking device is still operational.
Phoned the call centre yesterday and they could not find me on the system... gave my cell number and ID no... they want registration number... I cannot remember the no... they bought up another persons vehicle with my cell number.
I eventually went to get my reg no and asked for a test... said I had to be on the road... which I was from 16h30 to 17h00 yesterday... phoned me at 17h20 to say they cannot trace my vehicle,
Transferred me back to the call centre... guess what... could not tell me why they could not locate me as the system was down.
I agreed to phone at 6h20 this am when I got into the vehicle so they can test again... and guess what... could not find me on the system usiing my cell and ID number...
Asked the agent (Wynand) to phone the emergency number as they can trace me as they have another system... he refused and told me I can have him fired... hope they have a recording of the call.
So I have paid my monthly subscription since May 2011, received receipts and now do not exist and they cannot locate my car.
Lets see if they can provide me with an explanation no
