Last year failure on their system in my Landrover Discovery - had to replace main battery as well as system battery - cost R2, 000.00 and inconvenience! Not even a year later system again faulty, drain main battery and had to run hence and forth to let people assist me. Went to conference came out to leave for home only to realise the main battery totally drained had to let Off Road Traders fetch vehicle following morning on flatbed, test vehicle and again replace main battery after technician replaced the Netstar system with new system and the mechanic assured me it is once again the Netstar system - guess what bill R3500.00 i had to pay once again. What buugs me even further is when the lady @ the repair shop told me tehy get a lot of complaints about the Netstar system in Landrovers. Am i the only client that struggling with their service? When i've called their offices 011 2075000 a lady by name of Randi said she'll come back to me, I'm still awaiting her call - called back on numerious occasion then I spoke to a lady by the name Lorraine who assures me they send out the technical guy to have a look then they'll come back to me-not even a call till today.
