Paying for a broken tracking device!!

This is the second time i have had a problem with my tracking device and ONCE AGAIN i am having to chase Tracker for an answer.
I drove my car the other day, without the keyfob (i was told to test it) and no one phoned after driving it for 1hour without the device. When i call in they said no Uplink has been received since September 2012 - the last time i phoned in to complain it was broken and the last time they sent a technician (please note last time they didnt call me either when i drove without the Keyfob). When i phone in they say i can pay a cancellation fee of R800 (apparently this is the discounted rate!) so i email to complain and promptly get an auto response saying they will get back to me. This was on 25April, to date NOTHING. Now what happens if my car gets, my insurance will say i said i had a working early warning system and wont be happy to pay me out - i cannot have this as im paying R190.64 for a NON WORKING device... but yet, no word from Tracker!! This is DISGUSTING customer service (this isnt even service).. I dont expect a response from this complaint but at least it can serve as a warning to all other drivers - stay away from Tracker!!!
