We'll what can i say which haven't been said already, apart from tha fact that they deducted money from our account, when I personally phoned in to confirm that no monies were due for the end of that particular month, i was told eventually after having to go to the head office in Sandton, that they will refund the deducted amount less the radio fee, which i egreed to, that was in November last year (2012). Even after they were told that we will be doing payments via EFT due to the fact that they were deducted seemingly whatever they felt was appropriate with total disregard to the instruction and wishes of us, the client, that actually pays their salaries. Seemingly client services is a word completely left out in the workplace at ADT.
We at this point also instructed the back to put a stop payment on this debit order, still ADT disregarded this and continued debiting account
In spite of countless phone calls and e-mails, there seems to be a blatant refusal by any person within that company to respond to any form of communication.
The result at this point is that we had cancelled the services of ADT in total and actually already found an alternative vendor for the service.
