Contracted ADT to supply armed response. Alarm system installed and been faulty since 13/06/2013. For 2 weeks I have had 4 diffrent "Acredited" installers, crawling around my roof. Still faulty. Ranging from panic alrms been sent, when nobody at home, to pet sensors not working, to faulty wiring. Use of second hand equipment, that I am exspected to pay for. On Friday 28/06/2013 at 17.40 we get a call that the alarm system has been triggered. As we were not at home, we told ADT to check the property. This was done, one hour later. One hour later.. The inspection slip, from the "Armed Guard" proves this. His time record, states 18.40. Do you realise, I could be cleaned out in an hour. What do we pay you for? Absolutley pathetic. This is obviously a sign of things to come. ADT, rather cancel our account, and come and take your system out. I am tired of paying for services I do not recieve.
