I am so extremely and highly annoyed by ADT, firstly, I have a system that has been installed by them that I paid a large sum of money for, that gives me constant hassles. Secondly, when my alarm does go off, they have taken up to an hour to send out an officer to check. I have also on numerous occasions asked them to come out after a beam was triggered in the early hours of the morning, after telling them that I am home alone, and then they only arrive 30-40 min later! What is the use of having armed response if it by the time they arrive, it is too late!???
Lastly, I have a beam that is triggered DAILY, (almost always at night) and have requested an ADT technician cal out, only to be told that I am owing monies and they will not send somebody (and bear in mind that I have proof of payments for every month, even for the last 2 months that I have not even received a bill!!) I have tried countless times to speak to their accounting dept to have this sorted out, only to be transferred and then the line cuts off!!! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, WHO TO SPEAK TO, OR WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP FORWARD!!! I am absolutely frustrated and desperate to have a fully working alarm system!!!
