HORRIBLE service!!
I bought a new car early June 2013 and initially decided to reinstall my cartrack into my new vehicle. Cartrack BFN confirmed it with me but on that same day I decided to cancel my contract.By then it was to late to cancel the debit order for the reinstallation fee and the money was deducted from my account. Since then I HAVE NOT received my money back, even though it was PROMISED to me that I WILL receive it within 7 working days. It has been almost 3 weeks now and I haven't heard ANYTHING AND I HJAVE NOT received my money. Several phone calls were made, I even spoke to the manager, but still NO FEEDBACK even though he PROMISED ME. This is HORRIBLE service!!! I have now arranged with my personal banker to cancel the transaction and refund my money - which I feel is NOT MY JOB NOR HER'S, but that of Cartrack Account/Finance Department.
