Still no proper feedback

Hellopeter on 19 June I wrote to you and Monday 24 June Shihaam called me. She said that the refund is a process, when the query goes to JHB it first goes to the credit controller, then accounts dept and then only the cheque is made out. I said I understand that it is a process what I do not understand is how this can take 4-6 weeks. She was gonna call JHB and find out how far they are with the process and get back to me the same day, it`s Friday today and I`m still waiting. I received that call on Monday just to shut me. On Wednesday 26 June I sent Natasha Goliath a mail in Cape Town accounts department as I only have an e-mail address for her asking her to find out from Shihaam what she found out from JHB, did not get any reply from her either. I need the CEO to call me saying that the money plus interest has been paid in our account like yesterday already. Below is the money that was deducted.
