I called the call centre Wednesday 12 June 2013, to find out what the closing balance on my credit card is. I was told they will E-mail me the info, by a consultant that loved raising her voice as I asked questions. The next day, no e-mail received yet, I called and was told the service agreement states I must wait 72 hours. Monday 17 June I lodged an online complaint. They responded I'll be contacted soon. Today, Thursday 20 June still no reply. All I can say is at least they haven't done anything I did not expect.
