I erroneously transfared funds into a wrong account, the westbank account, now these people are telling me that their process takes a month to refund money, the transfare is from my cheque account to my loan account, and am told they need to investigate as theres no reference, what i do not understand is that this is an inter accounts transfare, its not like i made a deposit at the bank, its a transfare between my accounts, i need this money urgently as i made an error by transferring to the loan account, i need to use my money now, i wrote to them on tuesday evening, to date i havent heard anything from both direct axis and westbank up until i called and confirmed if they got my email, and they said they got it, but the courtesy of coming back to me, i really do not understand them, can i please get my money now!
