After my previous complaint and promise that I will receive feedback on 3 outstanding issues - nothing came to light and I asked Wayne to refer the issue to Head Office as I am not happy with the outcome.
To date no reponse.
I sent proof of the non existing service and ADT could not give me an answer.
In return ADT Pretoria without explination sent me a settlement quote.
Bad service received Again.
