A couple of months ago I experienced a problem with my alarm system that failed to communicate with the control centre. A radio was replaced and he informed me that this was due to some frequency change that happened. For months after that I received constant SMS messages informing me that ADT did not receive a response from my alarm. The call centre proofed useless. I frustration I contacted Robin Goveia who was kind enough to sort this out and a technician finally fixed the problem. Mr Goveia assured me that I will not be charged for this. For months, I didn't hear anything. Earlier this week I received an SMS (Highly unprofessional in my opinion) that informed me that an outstanding invoice will be deducted from my account.
