Poor quality product Garden Shed

The garden shed was installed in September 2012. The installation was quick and efficient - good first impression. In February 2013 we complained about cracked planks. A team was sent to replace the faulty planks and left a mess of nails and knocked over potplants. New planks cracked again in March. Planks were replaced. In less than a week, the newly replaced planks were already cracked! Sent photos of poor quality product and poor workmanship to the company. Awaiting reply after this 3rd complaint.
