POOR SERVICE FROM CHUBB TECHNICIANS

Freddy a technician was the only person to arrive on 27/01/2014 at 15.30pm, there was no other technician with him. Freddy asked my work colleague & myself to check the alarm control panel to see if the passives are working - we must do the other technicians work as he was not present. Freddy observed & saw that passive 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 8 is working 100%. Freddy connected passive 3 & 4 which in the beginning when the radio was installed the passives were not connected correctly, as I tested them & it was not connected on its own it was connected to passive 1, which is the roller doors on entry & exit of the factory. The panic has gone off all hours in the morning IN 2013, which was not right (nobody in Chubb checked or worried on why it was doing that). Freddy then said after testing the passives that the passives are "NOT" working, which they were as Freddy tested them with us. Freddy then stated he knows nothing about passives on how they operate, but he opened the passives & was touching the electronics in the passives! Freddy left & it was still the same as before! Chubb technicians are ALL LIABILITIES!!
