Call centre staff messing me around on the phone

I am horrifed at the service received at ADT 0861212400, when asking to be put through to accounts department. I was advised by Thabo Ramutloa at getting the email address of the CEO whcih he told me was Mr Dann Strydom, i am still wating. So i called again the lady who does not seem to knwo who is who in the compnay wanted to know why i require the account number for Dann Strydom. I said no the email address, so i asked her to transfer me to a manager, and guess what, call gets cut off again.
Your call centre is pathetic.
