Vodacom
VICTIM OF IDENTITY

Hi,

I have been on the phone with 4 agents from your Customer Services department for over 25 minutes.

I require an itemised bill for my account (VODACOM Account number I10864541). They request that I send a letter and my ID document BY FAX to an anonymous user.

I was a victim of identity last year for a very large sum because I sent my ID by fax to a large service provider in much the same manner. Since then, I am not willing to send my ID by fax to an anonymous address.

When I was told that it was a fax to email address, I asked for the name and email address of the person receiving it so I could send it directly to them. I even explained the full story to all 4 of the call centre reps - INCLUDING the Supervisor and Mr. Thanduxono MANDAKAKANA, Senior Manager - and kindly asked them for an email address because of my predicament.

They were VERY UNHELPFUL!

All I require is a little HUMAN COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING of my predicament!! SURELY I can email these documents to SOMEONE (WITH A NAME, WHO IS WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY SERVICES!) I ONLY need 1 itemised bill for April.

HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!
