READ THE FINE PRINT, actually don't sign with them EVER, never in all my life have I dealt with such incompetent, non-willing, bad attitude service, they are like spineless and take what is not theirs, they forget to tell you about the fine print. my mom bought a house with an alarm system IN IT, she called ADT for armed response, they made her sign for a "rental" on a system that did not belong to them and they said it was an "armed response rental " plus she only signed a 12 month contract in 05.2010, now that we wish to cancel they said we need to give them a months' notice &that they taking the unit as it belongs to them. this us utter rubbish, they were meant to cancel 05.2011, they have taken her for a ride, they are not willing to help rectify their fault & they now after all this want to sell her an emergency option which I was told is R99 per month then today they said its R171 THEY ARE PATHETIC. Whilst typing this I have been on hold for 15 minutes, transferred to 8 different people trying to talk to anyone in charge & that is apparently Mr. Britz, I had to "leave" a message as his line was not available to take my call. We'll let see how serious they take their clients
