On the 16/06/2013 my car (Toyota Tazz: ZFX082GP) was. I called the altech netstar call center emergency at 23:27:07 I reported that my car was no more than 30 mins ago. I was told that air and ground response teams were informed and dispatched. 30 minutes later when I called again I was told that they were picking signal somewhere in Katlehong. From the first time I called at 23:27:07 to 08:20:45, I think I called the call center about 7-9 times in total requesting to be informed about any developments. Then 8 hours later I get a call from a manger saying that they found the tracking unit on someone's house roof in Katlehong, and when they questioned the occupants they denied knowing the unit.
I am very upset and disgusted about the level of service that I received from Altech Nestar, it's obvious to me that since my unit was the ordinary (Sleuth) and not Early Warning System or Boomerang or Cyber Supreme units. I believe that they did not dispatch the response team as promised
