I recently joined Altech Netstar, I obtained the Early warning system. The Company encourages their call centre staff not to let customers know of added benefits that may be due to the customer for eg. I just found out that if I purchased an Altech early warning unit I should qualify for R350 in vouchers from Edgars. This is an agreement that Edgars has with Netstar and does not cost Altech Netstar anything. They didn't bother to inform me, when I called the call centre now, they said ' sorry I don't qaulify now since I already made the deal with them'...What nonsense, I purchased the unit a few weeks ago and I was an edgars member then as well. Poor client service and lack of adding additional value to their customers is why everyone seems to rather go to Car Track... something I am seriously considering myself! Its the small things that make a big difference!
