Poor response time

On 16 June 2013 (16:37) we received a call regarding our alarm. Only after nearly an hour (17:29) and 2 phone calls from me to the call centre following-up on the initial call did I get feedback. I have previous complained to red alert about their response time and even inquired as to their average response time but to no avail.
