Tracking device detecting incorrect alarms

I joined c-track in 2010, They have checked it twice, but I'm still having problems. Everytime i park my car i get an unauthorised movement then called by an automated system, or get a crash detected alarm when my car is just parked.i get /- 10 sms's informing me of these incorrect alarms
